Refund Policy
At Breezy Sensation, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets the following conditions:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
2. How to Make a Return
1. Email us at info@breezysensation.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
3. Package your item securely and ship it back to us.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
6. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Mark the package as a “return” to avoid additional duties.
